Soco Alicea Events begins by getting to know the couple, determining how the wedding day will be tailored to tell their unique story. It's time to dream big and lay out the fundamental aspects of the celebration - from identifying venues to budget allocation.

This is the fun part! Creativity and imagination run wild as Soco Alicea Events works with the couple to define their aesthetic and begin to personalize details. They will establish a mood board reflecting the color palette and key design elements and carefully assist clients as they select the right creative partners to bring the wedding day.

This collection is designed for those couples that desire a wedding planner from concept to execution, this is a comprehensive package that includes full-service planning & coordination.


Our process begins with a complimentary consultation where we get to know you better and chat about your big day. Once I have the honour of coming on board, we get inspired to create a custom look for your day that meets and exceeds all of your heart’s desires.


We’ll hit the road on a location scouting trip. I’ll navigate you through decisions and assist you in choosing your vendors. I’ll create and manage a realistic budget, help you book and manage all vendors, negotiate contracts, notify you when payments are due, and plan your extensive timeline. At the end of it all, what you’ll be left with is a deeply personalized, beautifully magical celebration that is a true reflection of your taste, budget, style, and love.

HAPPILY EVER AFTER COLLECTION
A.K.A. {Partial Planning}

This collection is designed for couples that have already secured the ceremony and reception location, floral designer and decor services but require assistance with the rest of the vendors OR perhaps you have some planning or decor ideas you want some advice on.


Not everyone requires the full help from a wedding planner from start to finish but would benefit from some guidance.
For couples that feel they don’t require the rigorous coverage that our Full- Service Planning provides, we are happy to create a custom proposal that encompasses a more limited- amount of consulting hours, decor and design services and month of production coverage.

After a complimentary initial meeting, I’ll join you in your journey a few months away from your wedding to help tie up loose ends, create a comprehensive day-of timeline and make sure all vendors involved are up to speed on the details. Together, we’ll visit and review your ceremony and reception sites. We’ll go over all the amazing details you’ve planned and how I can ensure everything is implemented according to your vision.


Our team will be onsite to coordinate your rehearsal, ceremony and reception to ensure your day is executed seamlessly so you, your fiance, your family and guests can enjoy the best day of your life… while you can breathe easy knowing that we have it all under control.

I always put my clients first and look at things from their perspective. Since the lead-up to an event can be overwhelming, high emotions can sometimes make some clients lash out.

I never take this personally and instead suggest different ways of doing things until I find the solution that makes my client’s eyes light up. I pay close attention to their wants and needs and balance them with my professional recommendations.

Planning memorable, highly-visible events and juggling the demands of multiple clients while meeting important deadlines is no easy task. 

When we are planning multiple events simultaneously, setting key milestones and prioritizing my time based on deadlines is essential.

We pride ourselves on our time management skills and use to-do lists and productivity tools to keep everything running smoothly and satisfy all of my clients.

Even before COVID-19, our number one priority has been the health, safety, and well-being of the guests who attend our events, staff members, and business partners.

During the challenging times of COVID, we have made adjustments that allow us to continue to meet the couple's needs while mitigating against the spread of the COVID virus.

As new information comes to us, we will continue to build upon these safety plans.
